Company Profile
Voxtellar technologies are literally modern satellites, supporting most fresh 5G user-friendly protocols: 3GPP NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) Release 19 standard. This enables direct user 5G-network service for any unmodified smartphones, tablets and other cell gadgets — with no additional equipment required. Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites (at the altitude 400−600 km) host real onboard 5G regenerative base stations, operating in Direct-to-Cellular (D2C, or "satellite-to-smartphone") mode. Such a 5G D2C network provides automatic handover between terrestrial and satellite base stations, ensuring a reliable full-time connection. This enables mobile services to operate literally anywhere on the Earth (except poles).
Technology
User versatility — D2C 5G works on every stock cellular device (phones, tablets, watches), without any additional/proprietary equipment required. Global coverage — designed network covers 99.6% of Earth’s populated areas with zero blank spots. Maritime and far regions connect - with intersatellite links, connection available literally everywhere under coverage. Low latency — due to the latest regenerative onboard hardware and low orbit distances, latency beat even wired connection. Vast network capacity — up to 20 Pbps overall service could be provided simultaneously. High user density — at least 10 active users per km² could be connected at once, with single service from 5 Mbps per user.

By 2025, Voxtellar has accumulated a solid background with detailed multiparametric models (power, network, economy, heat, reliability) and proven satellite subsystems.
And going from PoC techs to serial MVP:
- Already designed and manufacturing Proof-of-Concept satellites: 2x 100kg sats with true 4-cell 5G D2C phased arrays, signal processing and regenerative base station.
- Tested inter-satellite lasercomm links: ultra-efficient power consumption (under 40W for 500km 100G) with precise and stable pointing.
- Board control and secondary subsystems: rocket launcher separation system designed and tested; orientation and ADCS have already been approved in space.
- Radio front-end systems: highly efficient digital phased array antennas (DFAAs) designed; ground tested.
